• Our turnaround time is specified under your session of choice. A longer turnaround time may result if additional images are purchased or if additional editing is requested

• Expedited rush turnaround for up to 72 hours is available for an additional fee.

• A $50.00 late fee will occur after 15 minutes and an additional $50 per every 15 minutes late thereafter (no exceptions)

• All sessions require a non refundable deposit or studio fee to reserve your date and time. ) Your remaining balance is due immediately following your session before leaving the studio.

• Following your session you will be able to view and select the photos that you would like edited as part of your package via email. Bump On Up DOES NOT give out any RAW/unedited images. However, additional images may be purchased.

• Studio space is limited so please avoid bringing any other additional guest.

What if I need to reschedule?

You are allowed to reschedule one time. However, the change must be made no sooner than 2 weeks prior to your original booking date. Rescheduling sooner than 2 weeks before your appointment or more than once MAY result in having to rebook and repaying the full deposit amount.

Do you provide plus size dresses?

Most of our gowns are versatile to accommodate sizes M-1X. If you are in need of a smaller or larger size we highly recommend you renting through the exclusive grown rental that is sent to your email after booking. You can also provide your own wardrobe.

Is hair and makeup included?

It is not included in the classic or deluxe package, but can be added. This add on service cannot be changed once booked. Please contact us prior to booking if you are in need of this service so we can ensure proper availability for both the makeup artist and photographer.

What if I deliver or start labor before my appointment?

In the event of an unexpected early labor, please contact us directly to discuss further options.

Am I allowed to include my children in my session?

Yes, Children can be included with the deluxe or ultimate experience package. Kids must be supervised by an additional person at all times.

Do you have props?

We have a selection of props that includes couches and chairs. If you would like to bring props of your own, you are more than welcome to. We strongly recommend bringing baby clothes, shoes, or even sonograms to incorporate in your photos.

Do you rent your gowns?

Our gowns are only available exclusively to our clients.
