Bump On Up Policy

1. Services

Bump On Up Photography agrees to provide professional photography services for families, couples, maternity clients, corporate events, and other agreed-upon sessions. Specific details such as session type, location, and package selection will be listed in the booking confirmation.

2. Fees and Payment

  • The total session or package fee will be determined based on the selected package.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the session date. The deposit amount varies by package and will be specified at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance is due immediately following the session, unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Turnaround Time

  • The watermarked proof gallery will be delivered within 48 hours of the session for client selection.

  • The final edited gallery will be delivered according to the package selected.

  • If additional photos or special editing requests are made, turnaround time may be extended.

  • Clients may request expedited delivery within 72 hours for up to 15 photos at an additional fee of $175. Expedited delivery is not available for individual images.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

  • Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if the change is made at least one week prior to the original session date.

  • Rescheduling within seven (7) days of the session date or multiple reschedules may require a new booking and deposit.

  • All payments and deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.

5. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $50 late fee, plus an additional $50 for every subsequent 15 minutes. No exceptions will be made. Excessive tardiness may result in session cancellation at the photographer’s discretion, without a refund.

6. Usage Rights and Copyright

  • The Photographer retains full copyright to all images created.

  • The Client is granted personal use rights only, allowing printing, sharing, and posting for personal (non-commercial) use.

  • The Client may not edit, alter, or sell any image without express written permission.

  • Watermarked proofs are for selection only and may not be shared, posted, or reproduced.

7. Model Release

The Client grants Bump On Up Photography permission to use selected images from the session for marketing, website, or social media promotional use, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.

8. Liability

The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond her control, including but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, or technical failures. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered when possible.
