Late- $50.00 late fee will occur after 15 minutes and an additional $50 per every 15 minutes late thereafter(no exceptions) Being more than 30 minutes late and/or no constant reliable communication will result in an automatic cancelation. Please arrived prepared to be ready to begin at the time of your session.

Cancellation -If you cancel your appointment meaning you do not have a date or time set to reschedule then a new deposit would be required to book again. A cancellation is not finalised until you receive a cancellation confirmation via email. You may cancel your session through your initial confirmation booking email or by contacting us directly.

Reschedule- You are allowed to reschedule one time. However, the change must be made no later than 5 days prior to their original booking date with your new date you would like. Rescheduling sooner than 5 days before your appointment or rescheduling more than once will require a $50 fee. Any additional rescheduling MAY result in having to rebook and paying the full deposit amount or studio fee.

Deposits- All sessions require a non refundable deposit or studio fee. . Deposits and studio fees are due at the time of booking. Your deposit can be transferred one time for a future session in the event of a reschedule if done within 5 days of your original session date. Your remaining balance is due immediately following your session.

For Studio Session- . Please avoid bringing additional guest that are not part of your session. At this time we are only able to accommodate up to 8 people per session. For larger family’s please contact us directly before booking so proper accommodations can be made.
