• Am I allowed to bring additional guest?

    Due to limited studio space I ask that only the ones that are being photographed come to the appointment along with one parent or guardian (if necessary). If additional guest have to come I ask that you communicate that with me prior to your appointment.

  • Will I receive all the photos from my session?

    Bump On Up does not give clients any raw unedited (unfinish) photos. What you recieve from me is a representation of my work so I want to make sure you are only delivered the best. You are however more than welcome to purchase additional edited photos.

  • How will I receive my photos?

    All photos will be received via google drive where you can easily download and save them.

  • Do I get to pick my photos?

    Yes, immediately following your session I will upload all your photos to a tablet where you can browse and pick your favorite images that you would like to be edited.

  • What if I need to cancel/reschedule?

    I understand that unexpected circumstances do happen and if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule I ask that it is done 72 hours prior to your appointment. All cancellations and reschedules can been done in the confirmation sent to you when booking. If you need me to resend your confirmation just let me know.

  • What is provided? Do I need to bring anything? (Newborns)

    Prior to your appointment you will receive a full guided list on how to prepare for your session and what to expect. This will help ensure your experience goes as smooth as possible. I do provided individually wrapped pacifiers, diapers, burp clothes, props and outfits. You are free to use any of these items during your session.
